Privacy Policy

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our contact form: your first and last name, email address, and—optionally—your phone number and a message about your project or manuscript.

To protect the form from spam and abuse, our servers may briefly process technical information such as your IP address and a submission timestamp. We do not use this to build a profile of you.

We use the details you submit for a single purpose: to read your inquiry and respond to you. Submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider, Resend. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (for example, which pages are visited). It is privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not identify you personally. Our site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

We share your information only with the service providers that make the site work: Resend (to deliver contact-form emails) and Vercel (hosting and analytics). These providers process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence, and no longer than necessary for those purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us at any time. To do so, email us at hello@ravenpublications.com and we will respond promptly.

Our website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
